Let me tell you my LEMON story from Lucas Honda... Sales experience was good, other than the alleged week I have to return the car - that’s 100% false and if it is true everyone including the President, Scott Boyles lied to me and they won’t let you return it no matter how much you ask. Within 24 hours the car had locked me out and shut down electronically, that’s when I found out the keys didn’t even open the car. Dylan Rukab is awesome! He will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. He is courteous, professional, patient, knowledgeable and just a great guy. I had an awesome experience at Lucas Honda. The sales manager was equally great. It was worth the drive.
I had a 1st time experience at this dealership today. When I arrived, I opened the conversation with asking them to run my credit and see their numbers to purchase a CRV Touring AWD. I know I'm a well qualified buyer and am going to purchase this week but when I would not commit to them earning my business today in the first 30 seconds of conversion without seeing the numbers and I telling them I had one other dealership to visit, they flat out told me they will not run the numbers and they want their dealership to be my las... read more
Had a great experience when buying my car several years ago. However, I have had the complete opposite experience in the service department. Multiple issues including telling me I don't have an appointment when I made one over the phone and named who I spoke to, charging absurd amounts for labor, and don't even get me started on the horrible wait times. I have never spent less than 2 hours there even WITH an appointment for an "express service" oil change.
Came in for an oil change and check on the recall on my civic. Didn’t take them long to bring it back and start working on it. Which is great...Before they took it back I made sure to tell them that I was told they would fill my tank it next time I came in. I had to go back because they didn’t fill it like they said they did.
My kudos to Darris Davis in Financing and Steve and Scott in Service because of these gentlemen I have remained a 25 year fan of Steve Lucas Honda. Their Honesty, Judgement, and Determination to customer r service is second to none!
