My buying experience last year was the worst I've ever had and unfortunately the service department isn't any better. Just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my Saturday on what I was told "wouldn't take long at all". They also denied us a free oil change for our inconvience. Way to go Lucas!

The sales consultant needs an attitude check if he wants to make any sales in the future. Fully regretting purchasing my Honda Pilot from this dealership. They owed me a detail on my car because they didn't have time at the time I bought it. My husband and I had an excellent experience buying our 2017 HRV in February, couldn’t be happier with Chandler and the sales department. However, Lucas Honda does not offer a complimentary first oil change which has brought me to the decision to have all services performed at Duval Honda where I took my previous vehicle. It may sound arbitrary but because of one simple oil change you’ve lost my business, that’s every service done for the lifetime of my vehicle.
Rude. Made derogatory remarks about my profound hearing impairment I gained from the military. Very abrupt and rude. I left and let them eat their fried chicken (seriously) in the manager’s office.
The sales person lied to us repeatedly about the future availability of the Civic Type R. He told us they are making a limited number and will never be available at MSRP and that no 2018 model will be released. On November 2, Honda announced the 2018 model Type R. He even became indignant when we confronted him about his BS, telling us that he had been doing this for years and knew better than us. Do NOT overpay for a Type R, especially from this dealer.
