Let me tell you my LEMON story from Lucas Honda... Sales experience was good, other than the alleged week I have to return the car - that’s 100% false and if it is true everyone including the President, Scott Boyles lied to me and they won’t let you return it no matter how much you ask. Within 24 hours the car had locked me out and shut down electronically, that’s when I found out the keys didn’t even open the car. The sales experience was amazing. No pressure, no hassle and great price. The service department is amazing too. Only been in for oil changes but quick and professional. I recommend this dealership.
Had a great experience when buying my car several years ago. However, I have had the complete opposite experience in the service department. Multiple issues including telling me I don't have an appointment when I made one over the phone and named who I spoke to, charging absurd amounts for labor, and don't even get me started on the horrible wait times. I have never spent less than 2 hours there even WITH an appointment for an "express service" oil change.
Came in for an oil change and check on the recall on my civic. Didn’t take them long to bring it back and start working on it. Which is great...Before they took it back I made sure to tell them that I was told they would fill my tank it next time I came in. I had to go back because they didn’t fill it like they said they did.
Simply the best service department in Jacksonville.
The service is always amazing here! Fast, fair, and a wonderful experience! I drive out of my way to come to this location and refuse to go elsewhere. I would especially like to praise Scott, he’s an amazing person! He’s always working so hard but also takes a moment to make a connection with you. The whole experience of going into a dealership as a young women by herself scared me. But these guys were so nice and didn’t try to take advantage of any of that. Steve Roberson was absolutely amazing and one that will take his time with you and make sure he’s getting you the best deal he can. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked!
