Jay is a sexist pig. I attempted to call the owner of this establishment after sexist and unfair treatment and the staff hung up on me. If you value human rights generally or women's rights I highly suggest finding any other establishment (I've also never seen anyone but a Caucasian worker so take what you will from that...)
I called on Tuesday, Dec. 6th to make an appt for an oil change. The gentleman on the phone told me he could fit me in on the same day if I would like. That worked great, so I drove to Lakewood from where I live N.Olmsted. They were quick and courteous and I also asked for a price on four new tires for the future. The gentleman explained everything I needed to know about the tires, The make, warranty and etc. I was very happy with the entire experience.
