RecommendedI came here after a recommendation on a Lakewood Facebook group. I’m kinda/sorta new to the area and don’t know much about local businesses so I was going off of others recommendations. I needed my tire patched and wanted it to be done sooner rather than later - if I wait too long, I won’t do it until it totally pops. I have nothing but respect for the establishment there. I have always been treated fairly and all have been polite. I have noticed that many people come into an establishment with an entitlement attitude and as being in the retail business many years, it is very hard to please these individuals. You can do nothing but smile and sigh and let them rant. (Sigh). Thank you Lucas staff
Always friendly and professional. The techs are knowledgeable. The owners have been established in Lakewood for decades. Must be doing something right.
This place staffs crude, uncouth clerks and will stand by their maligning employees and tell the paying customer that they are wrong, adding insult to injury. Deplorable and contemptible.

We take each & every incident & review them individually. The incident your friend posted above was exaggerated. We apologize for the restroom being out of order. Jim spoke to her & asked her to not park at the pump. He did not “flick” her off. He simply told her it was not ok to block the pump & she got upset. It’s a shame that you & the rest of Valerie’s friends feel the need to post such negativity.
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, I'm an ASE mechanic with 28 years service for the city. these guys got very nasty with me when I tried to tell them what I wanted fixed. I was in shock at the way they were talking to me, jim actually told me to go fix it myself. they charge you so they make 150.00 an hour, check your receipt and the cost of the part you'll see what I mean.
