AS ALWAYS A GREAT JOB DONE BY THE STAFF. WHO ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.
I am extremely happy with Dr. Ducar, however the x-ray technician is rough, and not gentle. It seems like she is trying to take short cuts at the expense of the patient's comfort. I had to tell her several times that the x-ray piece in my mouth was cutting into the roof of my mouth, and she continued to try to make me close my mouth on it. It wasn't until the x-ray was blurry twice, that she switched to a smaller piece. Hate going to the dentist but enjoy the people at Dr. Shepard's office. From reception to Krista to Dr. Shepard, they all have my comfort and dental health as the top priority. Highly recommend these folks.
Very careful and exacting examination with clear treatment options in a on schedule environment.
Prompt and staff are all well-trained and courteous.
As usual, professional people you can rely on.
My experience was very pleasant despite the fact that I was somewhat anxious. Thank you Dr. Ducar and staff for your tender care and making me feel so at ease.
Left A note but guess I put it in the wrong plAce....my experience was great. My dental hygienist recommended that I see a prosthedontist rather than a general dentist ......can dr ducar give me a recommendation. Thanks so much Estelle Carlson
