Went to LTC 21/07/25 for a puncture repair which turned out to be irreparable. They took a great deal of time to explain the reasons why it couldn't be repaired. They suggested suitable replacements along with with prices. They offered and checked that spare Tyre that I fitted was correctly torqued ('part of the service'). The replacement Tyre was as cheap I could find. As stated in previous reviews, the staff there are very friendly as well as professional. A definite five star service!!!
These guys know their stuff! Had a slow puncture that kwik Fit could not find. The guy at LTC told me within 1 minute of taking the wheel off that the alloy had a slight crack causing a slow air leak. Told me the tyres were fine and to take it to their garage in Brierley Hill for an alloy repair. Only took an hour and was just £60 for the weld. Fantastic service and very helpful. Will use this company moving forward from now on.
Very busy garage, staff were very friendly and helpful. Job done within the time. No complaints, nice one lads.
Pulled into here with a puncture and 4 pre-schoolers in the car and the people couldn’t be any more helpful. All done and dusted within 30 minutes. Super service!
