MINUS 10 but had to post 1 star to be able to add this comment! They should be investigated by National Trading Standards Agency which is my next contact. No customer service and No Management of the properties innocent owners are paying them to do. Absolutely abysmal, kids could manage these properties better. I have since sent photos showing pubic hairs on bed linen ant infestation, dirty fridge etc. Still no apology from LRPM. Don't know how to describe their service really really really bad never take by phone calls don't look after service charges. Out of control. Avoid
Useless. Unresponsive. Negligent. We engaged them to manage our block of flats. At first they did a reasonable job but their performance declined steeply - poor accounting, failure to chase up leaseholders for service charges, failure to progress an insurance claim for over a year. I'd avoid them like the plague.
