Tried contacting L&Q for around 6 months now regarding a few issues my family have had since living in the Reading area at Green Park. I moved into my Shared Ownership property with L&Q in Green Park, expecting an affordable option. However, after just one year, myself and other residents were shocked to learn that rent and service charge have now increased by 26%–28%. The increases were introduced without clear justification or any explanation, leaving many residents frustrated.
