They are the worst property Lawyers I’ve ever come across. Avoid this company like a plague. They are so bad, I had to chase numerous times regarding paperwork they should be doing. They place receptionist to collect clients information, it’s a team of them actually. I thought teams meant to work together, not this one. We completed in just over three months- much faster than usual. My solicitor, Oosama, was amazing. He worked diligently on my case and made sure to keep me informed about anything that required urgent attention. Currently working with them on a house purchase as a buyer, have raised a complaint on Wednesday - yet to get a response. Have to call up to get anything actioned, they have got key details wrong and pushed for additional charges which aren't needed. Waiting about a week or so for a response from the conveyancer on average. Would not recommend their services.
