I have been extremely disappointed with the service from LPL Solicitors. I have used them for a sale and purchase, both transactions have been handled poorly from start to finish. I am currently dealing with Alice and struggle to get replies to email chasers and any kind of update. The process is taking much longer than needed and definitely would not recommend on any occasion. My experience with LPL was consistently disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. Communication throughout the remortgage process was confusing, inconsistent, and often unclear. From the outset, I received emails from at least six different addresses — LPL, Onboarding, Initial Audit, Client Services 5, Support 17, and Team Remortgage — with no clear explanation that these were all part of the same company.
