Having tried physio, yoga and other efforts to deal with lower back pain and stiffness in my left hip I feel like I’m finally making some progress! I’ve just started an exercise programme after 3 sessions with Laura and noticing some opening in my left hip already. Can’t recommend highly enough and looking forward to the second half of my treatment programme.
All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have always been asked if I would like a refreshment while I wait when early, the receptionist is always very polite. Laura the chiropractor is exceptional at her roll and has been the main reason for my recovery where so may have failed.
On deciding that I was needing help and having heard that a lady I had dealt with previously was back working in the area I made an appointment. I was not disappointed. All of the staff I have met have been helpful and welcoming and the chiropractor herself, Laura, has practically solved my problem although I look forward to my next follow up appointment.
I highly recommend booking an appointment at the Health Studio as everyone looks after you excellently whether its in need of a sports massage or indeed a Chiropractor. I was hardly able to climb stairs or walk any great distance before I visited Laura, the Chiropractor, and now I am walking and cycling with no pain. Don't put off seeing a specialist.
Laura is knowledgeable, skilled and confident in her ability to help you, and she should be; what she does is nothing short of life changing. Giving her clients 'homework' (exercises) is unusual in comparison to other practitioners I have been to, but taking some control over your own health is transformative. Highly recommended.
