I have been going here since September 2024 and I had severe mental health issues. But Dr. Akinyele treated me so well that now I am completely fine. I am grateful to Dr. Akinyele for her support throughout my journey.
Useless, never any appointments
The only reason I.am with this surgery is because of Dr Ahmed who goes out his way for his patients but the receptionist are awfull here been on hold for 2 hours and phone gets cut off
I'm genuinely shocked that Sobia is still employed as a receptionist here. In all my experiences, she has consistently shown an alarming lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic communication skills. It’s baffling how someone in a customer-facing role can be so dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. She’s absolutely terrible at her job, and I honestly don't understand how management hasn't addressed this. It feels like she holds the record for the most complaints. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely atrocious. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment, and when you call, it feels like the receptionists are trying to play doctor. This place seriously needs to evaluate its system and step up to provide the level of care and professionalism this community deserves.
