Everybody at this place was fantastic. I placed a deposit on a van over two weeks ago while I was abroad, with the intention of viewing it once I returned. Disappointing and Misleading Experience I recently visited Loyal Auto after seeing a van listed at an attractive price on both their website and Autotrader. However, when I arrived, I was told the van had already been sold. I understand stock can move quickly, but several hours later, the same van was still being advertised as available on both platforms. A really good experience when buying a used car. No pressure, good price and excellent service. I had a little problem with the car but that was rectified quickly and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Update time ! Today on the 10/01/2024 we was driving down the motorway and the turbo has blown up leaving us in the middle of a motor way had AA look at the car and said it needs a further 1300 quid to fix and we was stranded for 6 hours ! Me and my wife travelled from hull to see a VW golf Gtd when we arrived we was greeted by Sam who was a pleasure to deal with! He let us take a look around the car then we took it for a test drive he had a look at our part exchange while we were out and gave us a good price for it endless to say we bought the golf and couldn't be any happier with the car and the customer service.
