I’ve been calling them for an hour, but they’re not even picking up? I called the Loxford gp with the long wait and she was rude to me btw and told me to call the polyclinic again BUT they’re not even answering my phone calls

Worst place. Staff are not helpful and they appeared they dont want to work. No compassion at all.
This is very bad experience. I have today 23.07 at 2.30 pm for blood test,but no one knows about my appointment. I booked this appointment at the front desk reception, but this receptionist very bad. She is not booked . I spent my time for nothing, and have a lot of stressful. This is not first time this is the situation. Two weeks ago I booked blood test for diabetes, and Policlinik call me and they said cancel my appointment. It’s impossible to get to the doctor. I get a lot of stress every time.
