Good in the past, had flat carpeted and was great so returned when we moved to get the stairs done. A man came round fitted it. Once he left I noticed that the carpet grippers poking out of the carpet. Likely wrong grippers used.. my 4 y/o daughter has cut her foot so many time because of this.. I should have complained but just left it as is..also the carpet is coming away in places. Not even attached to the bottom step. Pretty annoying to be honest.

Owner came around, measured up, took a deposit off me and has now done a bunk with mine and many other peoples money.

Worst experience, never again had nothing but trouble from day one carpet Fitter was a disgrace Mr d.smith,they took deposit and then lost paperwork and never calls back. AVOID poor service.

Worse company ever wich I won't recomand to anyone else , yes they are cheap but seems like they are cheap in everything, I've paid huge amount of cash for the carper and underlay , waited 2 weeks for a bloody carpet to be installed wich by the way their fitter didn't finish the job , I had to hire another carpet fitter to finish the job and the carpet was not right size nor the underlay , nothing was right , the woman wich she thinks she works in a ,,office,, was not polite at all , obviously you've got to be polite with pe... read more
