Lowes, you need to step up your game. I spent an hour in your store today. Not one person said hello or offered to help us. We had asked two different people to help locate an item you have advertised on sale. The first couldn't find it and left it at that. The second came to look and when we asked to price match a similar and smaller item, scoffed at us and said "no, it's a different item!". Very poor..poor management..who buys a mower uses it 2 times and now it starts and shuts off..so under warranty took it in they tried charging me 111.00 for their mechanic lieing saying there was no oil and the filter had to be changed so after 2 times of use I need to put oil in it and change the filter..the oil was full I'm not stupid I still have the filter your so called mechanic changed still looks new..i had to split the cost to get my mower out you wouldn't split the cost if you were not wrong! Went into the store for an Allen wrench, since I misplaced the one that came in the kit for my futon. 30 minutes of walking around asking 4 people and no one was able to help me find one. The cashier in the checkout was nice enough to go find an "expert" to ask but he gave her the wrong information. This is why online stores are getting more business.
