I recommend that if you have a problem with service to take out time and let the managers know what your problem is. I want to thank Rodger and Chiquita for helping me with my problem. Chiquita was on top of it from the first day I talked to her. And when I came into the store Rodger asked if I would let him try and resolve the problem. Well without going into deep details my problem was resolved to my satifcation and I am very happy. Thank you Lowes staff for keep a lifetime customer. Lowes you are the BEST!
