Lousy management they refuse to protect employees from sexual predators and then fire said employees when they stand up for themselves
I placed an order online using gift cards. When I picked up my order they told me my gift cards didn’t go through and said I had to call corporate. I called corporate who told me the items were fully paid for and there’s no reason the store should have told me it didn’t. Had to call back the next day, corporate had to call the store. Store was told to release my order to me. Got to the store and they STILL gave me hassle about my order. Finally got my order released. Horrible customer service
I shop here all the time lately been having bad customer service here not to happy about it I spend a lot of money here not any more Home Depot is next door.
Currently some employees are not wearing masks or social distancing, the wait to pick up online placed orders was 45 minutes and they are still allowing returns. Also, allowing customers in without masks on Won't be returning.
