I find that this Lowes store has the worst customer service of any other Lowes I've ever been to. It seems as though the employees feel that they are doing us a favor by helping us and not that they are actually there for Customer Service.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I Wanted To Purchase A Light Fixture Today That Was On Clearance..I Asked The Manager For An Additional Discount On The Only One Left, Which Was A Store Model (No Box Or Wrappings). He Just Sluffed Me Off. I've Been Working In Retail For 7 Years At A Reputable Store...We Would Never Treat Our Customers This Was. I Guess That's Why The LOWE'S In North Kingstown, R.I. Went Under And CLOSED. ! ! !
