The people make this store. 510 Quaker Lane has the best customer service of any Lowe's I have been in. They make it feel like a home town store, not a big box. Highly recommend.

I bought the washer from this location but my problem is with Lowe’s toll free customer service. I have never been tested so poorly by anyone in my life. Got the runaround for 5 months, my washer is still broken and was scolded by a representative today like I was a child. Will it shop at Lowe’s ever again.

Dear Lowes- when I ask you not to put me hold because my last three calls were disconnected, it helps if you don't then put me on hold. Helps more if you call me back when the call is then disconnected. You just lost a customer.

I bought 3 appliances less then 5yrs ago all samsung. Thank god i bought the extended warranty all 3 pieces have died at the same time. Then again even though we have the warranty repair coverage the service has been awful to say the least. The repair company that they sent to do the repair on my stainless steel stove dented it while repairing it and they have yet to come up with a solution to fix it. Then the repair company they sent to repair my refrigerator has been here 3 times and still have not manage to fix it. mind y... read more

Next time I go to Lowe's, I'm going to be purchasing a hand saw. Or maybe I'll splurge a little and buy a saws all. When I leave the store with my purchase, I'm going to go to the side parking lot entrance and cut down that billboard of a "Now Hiring!" sign, so maybe people will actually be able to see when they're pulling out into oncoming traffic.
