Lowe's in Warwick is the WORST home improvement store ever!!! I will not use Lowe's and will take my business back to Home Depot. I live 5min from Home Depot but decided to try Lowe's which is a 20min drive from home. This is second online order that was not even pulled but got confirmation to come pick up. The first order I had to wait almost an hour for them to pull after they said it was ready for pick up. The second order wasn't ready either and told to come back in the morning. Horrible customer service! Will avoid at all costs. Purchased appliances in January. Dishwasher was damaged.. and then on back order. After two attempts of a new one being delivered to my house... both were damaged. Paid to have them installed because they couldn't get me a new one for a month! Spoke to multiple managers was given the run around. It's now May.. still fighting to get a dishwasher that isn't damaged.
No problem with Lowes, big problem with a-hole who deftly repackages items with missing and broken parts. Always two trips to lowes always.... at least they are friendly.
Thank you Philip and manager Will. Another branch would not honor s sale price that ended 12hrs,earlier .this is what makes and KEEPS LOYAL CUSTOMER. By the way Quaker Lane branch ROCKS!
