I ordered a dryer as the week of our house closing, the dryer in the house died. We planned our move-in date around this, as we have two very little ones and laundry is an absolute need.My delivery was scheduled 6/8. Lowe’s online ordering system is awful! I am doing renovations on my house and ordered some items to be picked up at the store because they didn’t have them in stock. On three different occasions, they messed up my online orders. I received email confirmations that my order was complete and ready to be picked up and when arriving at the store to pickup these items, I was either told they were canceled (no reason to why), lost in the store some where or picked up already. I absolutely loved The store in Warwick Rhode Island the prices there are very good today we were visiting someone in Warwick and Went there I was amazed and very proud of this store. I was very upset with the Waterford store in Connecticut they associates were rude and I will never go there again the prices were a lot higher there then what they were in Rhode Island
in appliances they have a 400 lb 70 year old man getting appliances.. first he tried to talk me out of my fridge to get me to goto a dufferent lowes.. when I insisted I bought one there he disapeared for 35 minutes never updated me or came back.. I walked out went to home depot all those young kids there and you put a human sloth in charge of appliances
