I ordered new carpeting for living room and bedroom ordered dark brown installers came today to put in tored out all carpeting and started to lay the new and it was ivory color not dark brown, they want me to wait for another two weeks to reorder while everything is torn up I have new furniture coming in a week. YOU SCREWED UP THE ORDER and you take a lousy $200 off my bill for your mistake, I will definitely let everyone know how incompetent you are at this store
