Could not find anyone to help get patio furniture off rack. Finally went to cashier and she called for someone to help. Nobody ever showed up. Went inside (where all the employees were hiding in the air conditioning because it was a hot day). Finally found a couple guys who agreed to help. I will just say that it is total bullshit that you have to sit around 8am-5pm when having an appliance delivered!!! We were the only one on delivery schedule when set up for this day(2 weeks prior)!!! We should have been 1st delivery!!! Last time i buy an appliance here!!!
Does Lowes corporate know what goes on at this store? Management acting like undisciplined high school kids; playing grab-ass with female cashiers; special 'friend' discounts if you know which member of upper management to slip $20 to... Terrible customer service. Management is flat-out arrogant and almost antagonistic... unless you're a 'friend' with $20, that is.
Shout out to Coreena for all her help on Saturday! She carried two large lawn chairs all the way from the lumber Dept to lawn and garden for me after searching high and low for the ones I was looking for. She was in #beastmode and her customer service is top notch! Give that lady a raise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏼
Always act like they’re doing me a favor to get me something from the back or when you can’t find it
It seems they (Tim) cannot replace a tool under warranty giving an excuse that it has to be purchased by them to be replaced the tool was purchased by us the customer under the pretense that it has a hassle free warranty so i called kobalt they replaced it so it seems there is little need to go to the store
We were there buying plumbing items for our kitchen and Joe helped us tremendously! He knows his plumbing! Thanks Joe. Sorry we forgot to put the stainless steel sink back😬
You have the worst lumber we have ever bought. Rude employees and you don't care about your customers. We spent over $500 to get lumber to build a roof over our patio expected to get good lumber since we were told by more than 3 employees that you carry the best. Well let me tell you each piece of lumber is cracked or bowed, can't wait till Menards come in they will get all of our business.
