We got a quote on osb and Lowes said the quote was good for 30 days. then the osb went up in price and Liwes did not want to give me the quored price I went to the managers and They sold it to me. I had a coupon for 18 months same as cash and They said they would honer that because it was during the same time and then they did not honor the coupon. Home depot has never done this and home depot is really good about large purchases. lowes is a rip off.
Young lady who checked us out was kind of rude. Never asked if we had a lowes rewards card or whatever it is. Just didn't seem to want to be there.
Went in to return something today, guess what, no returns today, it's corporate wide. BS, you can return money. I spent over $700 there last week, I had a couple small pieces to return, I'm busy and don't have time for this kind of service!
Ordered a range 6 weeks ago! It sat in a warehouse somewhere and they finally had it shipped to them last week. They called and said today (12/29) was the earliest they could deliver. Since we weren't hard up for the stove we agreed and as of 5 today it still wasn't here so I called and cancelled the order. Horrible customer service and even worse communication. Terrible customer service, yet again. Scheduled delivery supposed to arrive between 8a and 5p... still not delivered and when I call in to the store nobody can tell me where my delivery is and customer service reps advise me to 'call back later' and ask somebody else.
I see some bad reviews here! Friends, we bought a refrigerator here. We needed it asap as ours had died! We got a very fair price, a quick delivery, and wonderful service! I give them a top rating!!
