First of all my brother in Oregon ordered supplies to replace my parents tub/shower in Ohio weeks ago, and not only did they not wait and deliver all together, charged 3 delivery fees, one being a $70 fee for an $11 bag of compound. And it’s like a 7 mile delivery!! Worst part was several wrong items being delivered making it impossible to do the project. My brother was only able to come home for a few days to do the job. Cusomer service is relly bad if non existent. Waited for 20 minutes for help with key cutting machine to replace keys that did not work from the automated machine. I was refered to this when i bought the original keys, and they did mnot work. Went back and service said I have no idea what to do. Go ask someone else. ???? Well when new ones were cut on the store machine no problem. And I was told yeah that machine has problems. SO WHY IS IT STILL being used. Was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered today between 8:15 and 12:15pm. It is 6:05Pm and I am still waiting. They have no idea when they will be here. This will definitely be the last appliance I buy from Lowe’s. I called at 12:30 and was told it would be here in and hour and a half then at 430 I call and they said they can’t tell me when it will be delivered “sometime today”. Seriously not happy with this 🤬
RecommendedI shopped at our local New Philadelphia, OH store today during the pandemic. My experience was excellent. The precautions the company has taken were wonderful. Limited customers, social distancing, hand sanitizer available and protection for your employees. I am aware we should be sheltered in place. However I did need items for my business and I can say that I felt as much that could be done to ensure safety was done. Thank you for making my experience a good one during this time. Wishing all of your employees good health!!
i placed an online order of about a ton of stuff to be delivered, with the Zanesville store. the website sent it through the new philly store. after several hangups while on hold (them not me) calling to arrange delivery, i was told of additional charges through the third party delivery... so i canceled my order.
