I purchased an expensive dryer (Samsung) from Lowe's in November. It stopped working last month (May) and I can't get help. My husband and I have called Lowe's over 9 times in the last 6 weeks. They sell a product, then don't care that their third party choice for warranty repairs NEVER shows up, NEVER responds to calls, NEVER does the repair. I ordered flooring a week ago I was told my order was ready for pick up so as I am currently waiting for 2 hrs for them to locate the rest of my order I asked to speak to the manager who completely walked by me without saying one word, and have yet to speak to him I do not recommend this location for special order items, vey disappointing and very poor customer service,
The Lowe's store in Cumberland md. Does not recognize a federal state drivers license with a veteran stamp on it as a valid veterans form of ID for veterans discounts. Take your business to Home Depot they give veterans recognition they deserve!!!
