2x4 studs that cost more than Winchester? Why does Cumberland Lowes always rape Cumberland? I'll gladly drive to Home Depot and pay $4.00 a stud instead of $8.00. The service at Cumberland is horrible also. That starts at the top and trickles down.
Lowe’s in Lavale is the most unorganized operation I’ve ever seen. Its really hard to be nice when the employees are rude and uneducated on products and resolutions almost everyone that works there is NEVER on the same page. do you guys not know what team meetings are??? I’ll gladly go an hour out of the way to go to Home Depot from now on

I registered my boys to receive the monthly build and grow kits for the month of October. As long as they were picked up by 8pm on October 11th, the kits were to be reserved. Went to pick them up today at 1:50 pm to only be told that they have them all away yesterday, whether the people picking them up had reserved them or not. Thanks Lowe’s; now I have two disappointed kids who were looking forward to building those.
Your service center needs to get rid of that grouchy lady....the one I talked to today was very nice....Michael. took care of things... Hes Good guy she on the other hand needs put in the back someplace. not out with customers
It has been 7 days since our scheduled warranty appointment on a refrigerator that is not even two years old. No one has showed up. We receive emails thanking us for letting them fix our refrigerator. We keep calling the people who were contracted, Lowes the store, Lowes, the service, Lowe the warranty, whirlpool. Everyone says they can't give us a definite answer. Still getting emails to rate their service for our fridge and yet no one ever showed up.
So, I talked to Sebastian (supervisor). Don Mason (manager) both promised to call me back today. NEITHER called back. We spent $1000.00 yesterday. Poor customer service....
The cashiers are EVERY disrespectful! Will never be going to Lowe’s in lavale Md again!
"Lowes blows" would be a truthful as slogan. tonight's fiasco was the icing on the cake. we are now just going to drive to Home Depot. we have a lot of rental units and have spent a ton of money there over the past decade. guess what? no more. Tonight, we walked out, never to return.. all but about 5 of their employees are useless, rude, and deplorable. Once again, we are done
