Their process for contracting labor for flooring is TERRIBLE. it took almost 2 weeks to do measurements. I was told it would be 48 hours for the estimate. it took a week. and it was wrong. it took a total of 10 days for me to approve an estimate. They said it was all in stock so the carpet would be a 72 hour install and the vinyl would be about a week. The installers called and scheduled- not for 3 days out, but for 2 weeks out! Ordered a mower last Saturday was told it would be in early next week. Week is over no mower and no one can tell me when it will arrive.
Delivered a 16 cu. ft. fridge instead of the 18 cu.ft that my 60 yr old mother bought. Tried to get over on her. Then when i intervened, had to special order one which took 2 weeks to deliver. Also lied that they would give her a $50 gift card for the inconvenience.
