just spent 30 minutes at Lowe's to get a spark plug for my chainsaw that I bought from the same store. There was nobody around to help. After 10 minutes I just yelled "does anybody work here"? Some lady waddled over and had no clue of what I need or how to look it up. She paged an associate from the chain saw area to return to that area for customer assistance. Just started building our house and we needed some lumber. We asked an employee for help and he was incredibly rude. Most pieces of lumber were busted up and cracked. Except for the operator of the fork lift, the other employees acted irritated we did not want those pieces. We will be more than happy to take our service elsewhere. Horrible service!
Been here 2 days in a row to get a counter top. They have no one working that can help!?!? If a manager or supervisor cannot help then they shouldn't be working here!!!
This store has profoundly under-trained staff. I went in with a blueprint on a book shelf I wanted to make and tried getting help from the wood department on how much sheets of wood I would need to buy to get a list of cuts. Do you think anybody could help? Nope, I asked almost everyone in the department whether or not they could help, all of them took one glance at the blueprint and said they weren't a carpenter and couldn't help. Absolute worst service ever went in to by a grill that says they have 5 in stock waited for 45 mins for absolutely nothing no help said they work looking and were not
Service is absolutely horrible. Never have a good experience anytime we have to go to Lowes. Every time I ask to talk to the manager they won't put them on and continue to be rude. I am looking for a corporate number if anyone can provide that to me. I have to use the Hagerstown location which is an hour away just to receive help and courteous service.
Manager Todd is amazing!!!! After months of run-around and horrible experience with Whirlpool directly, Todd helped my mom exchange our dishwasher with ease plus assisted with other purchases of the day. They are lucky to have him!!!! Thank you so much.
