Not really sure what company y'all use for delivery for appliances, but its mind blowing that her appliances was delivered and was about to be left on her front yard. 80yr old shouldn't be stressed like this. She should've been told because of PANDEMIC the appliance won't be brought inside and to have other options. I don't believe it's the delivery drivers fault but Lowes can do better than this. Shopping at Lowe’s in LaVale, MD is like shopping at Satan’s hardware store and expecting to receive good service. Their team is incredibly rude. If you need assistance, you’ll be passed around from person to person, but that’s only if you’re lucky enough to get a person to help. No one seems to take accountability at this store...it’s never their job. I write this after over 12 years experience with this Lowe’s store. We’ve drives to the Oakland store just to avoid the LaVale store if that tells you anything.

Was there last night to get a new washer and dryer because mine broke or wouldn't of been there. The gentlemen Greg that waited on us was wonderful. He even came out to help us load it into are vehicle.

No customer service! Asked for a Manager, never came. Called customer service number, waited on the phone at least 20 minutes for them too! Pathetic!
The only thing positive about the entire 3 hour visit waiting was Nick in Customer service. We bought and paid for new stove to find out none in stock when computer reflected 2 in stock . We had to get scheduled delivery from Oakland store. should have gone there first. A total reflection of poor management. Manager supposedly looked for stove but did not find or even care enough to come tell us in person. Poor Customer service from so called manager. Thank you to Nick though, he needs to be the Manager
that they keep up the good work and dedication
