Went to pickup some plants and because it was Sunday and I wanted to have some pine straw early in the morning to use in my yard. You have to pay for it before you even SEE it because the trailer is in the parking lot. It was $4.05 a bale, I knew it would be a little smaller, which it is ALOT smaller and it is OLD. I should have went back in and got a refund for the 15 bales I had to pay for upfront but it was already loaded in my truck. Worst manager in this store. You just lost a customer. Greenwood please open a home depot store right next to lowes.
First two staff I sought out were unhelpful and clueless. Finding what you need is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Only 3 checkouts open on a busy day just after Christmas.

John and Robert in plumbing are exceptional at their jobs and with customer service. They helped us repair our antique tub faucet set and took the time to explain everything
