I have been shopping at Lowe’s for almost 30 years. Had the worst experience in Lowe’s ever. Joe from hardware needs to go take some classes on ‘how to talk to people’.

Got what I wanted. Easy checkout
I waited over an hour to have an employer set down a stack of lumber for me because there was only one person that could operate a forklift working and the manager had him doing everything else but run a forklift, and before I got my load set down he said F@#$ this, I'm clocking out and going home, so then I had to wait again for it to get done. This Lowes has very poor management.
at this time no. not paying attention to how many people are in the store. I loaded 16 bags of concrete into my cart after trying to find someone to help as I wad loading a couple of employees walked by but did not offer to help
Amazing staff and great products. Always some good sales for everything you could need for home improvement or weekend projects.
Today at Lowe’s in Greenwood we had the very best customer service ever! I wish I had names the three people that helped us in the plumbing section, our checkout and the loader were all friendly, kind and very helpful! Thank you Lowe’s!
The customer service at this store is horrible..not sure if it’s a direct reflection of the store management but they DONOT care about the customers!!! I am thinking a ride to Home Depot is going to be worth the trip from now on!!
