Do NOT purchase the extended service plan from Lowes. Washer went down within 2 months of purchasing, has been down for a year and 2 months. They do NOT stand behind their warrenties. They've sent service companies to fix, they claim they're "ordering the part" then never come back. We are unable to get back in touch with BOTH service companies AND neither can Lowes, themselves. Keep getting a run around from one supervisor to another, placed on hold for HOURS at a time. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will NOT buy another applianc... read more
Customer service for Lowes is ridiculous. We started calling in December of last year to add my husband as a primary account holder on my card so that it would reflect on his credit as well as mine. We never received the papers that they were supposed to be mailing to us, so we called back today and were informed that as of January 1st they were no longer allowed to add primary account holders. I was in Lowes on 9-6- 2014 and went to check out at the self service (Megan) told me I could NOT check out there using the veteran/military discount. I told her that I had been doing that for years. So I went to the other checkout line and showed Will my VA card for my discount. He checked me out and I was leaving and I noticed he did NOT give me the discount.
