Terrible service at the register today. Casher spent forever trying to get kitchen countertops to scan. Showed her the numbers off the website, she said she could not use those and called the back and what do you know got the same numbers from them. The guy who helped me out was nice. Good thing they are the only show in town or I definitely go somewhere else. The lumber is completely trash, they should at least sort it in grades, so people don't have spend so much time sorting out the boards twisted in every direction.

I went to Lowe’s in a loaner pickup which wouldn’t start when it was time to leave. Employees Wes and Heath were super helpful and did everything they could to help me. I appreciated them so much! Thank you, Richmond Lowes!
Here right now in store. What imbecile would pick a Saturday at 11:00 am to close all the isles in paint/stain to stock shelves? Wish Home Depot was here in Richmond.
Lowe's has piss poor customer service and when their subcontractor tears of a septic tank they refused to make it right and fix it and they said they do all their work them selfs and yet a subcontractor come out to put up fences and carpet when you buy stuff from them your on your own ones they have your money fuck you they say
I've never been treated with such disrespect, very disappointed and will be shopping on line or Danville/Lexington. In fact as soon as I left the store made the exact purchase online with 10% off and free shipping!
I really hate going into Lowe's here in Richmond. They have no customer service & as a former employee of another central Kentucky Lowe's, I know the training they should have had. Today was no exception. Tons of people around paint counter and 2 girls stocking shelves rather than making sure the customer is satisfied. This is just wrong, but is common place in this Lowe's. I'm driving to Lexington from now on, this place is ridiculous!!
