My fiancé and I have been in the process of renovating 2 homes. That being said, we make A LOT of Lowe’s trips. We’re pleased with everything we go to Lowe’s for and everyone we work with there except the paint department. This is solely due to terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Every single time I go to purchase paint (which is frequently) the employees working in that department are blatantly rude and completely uninterested to help me. I want to recognize Paul, and Paul for their pleasant team work and outstanding customer service today. They helped me with a lumber and supply list for two decks as long as my arm. They were an absolute joy and took all the guess work out of everything for me! Thank you!

Great place for building supplies
I will NEVER recommend this story for installation of anything. The guy who comes out to give estimates fine...but once it leaves his desk, the service goes to crap. Will look somewhere else to things installed.
I love Lowe's & feels like I'm a kid again every time I go in there!
