It would of been an awesome experience, but the girl who checked us out in lawn and garden center, was terribly careless w/our plants, breaking limbs off our tomatoes, knocking over individual little potted plants not caring that she was breaking limbs. Didn't even apologize that she was knocking OUR plants over. She acted discussed that my husband said easy easy with the plants.... She needs retrained in customer courtesy..... well I dont know what they are doing wrong cause the one up north in yes kinda weird but richmond In. is Great.. customer service and products.. maybe the Richmond Ky... store should take a trip and see what ,s wrong with what there doing I always shopped their... To many complaints at the ky one .. I will not be going there...
You can't get anyone to help you and when you do track someone down they don't have a clue how to help you!!

Spent 2 hours in the window section today and yesterday needing to buy a total of eight windows. The lady over that department 2 days in a row never got out of her chair to ask if we needed help( and we did) we had to ask somebody out side that department to page for help and no one ever showed up then finally when the guy with the beard showed up he was a asshole. He said if we wanted that window we would have to go to Nicholasville Rd to get one. We ask if he could call and make sure they had one and he said no but I'll wr... read more
