Very disappointed in the service I have revived from this location and store in general. I placed an online order and 10 minutes later received a call that the item was no longer in stock due to the fact that someone purchased the item after I placed the order online I'm very disappointed with this company and their handling of the situation and I will choose to take my business to Home Depot from here on out.

I guess I'm adding to the list of complaints. Lowe's corporate needs to start looking into this location. Two months ago I bought a Dewalt double bevel mitre saw, which is fairly large and with the stand is a little difficult to maneuver through the aisle but not one offer to help me with anything. Don't worry, just spending $1,000 over here. I am in today trying to buy lumber. Nothing but sarcasm and rudeness from the gentleman wearing the curly ponytail. Customer service has no room for a diva.
Went to Lowe's Home Improvement, Richmond, KY yesterday hoping to get help with designing and picking out items for our new master bathroom. But instead they informed me that they could only help if we paid them to install the items. I thought Lowe's advertises to get your DIY supplies here. Any suggestions where I can go? I am not so sure I want to spend my money here at Lowe's.

The staff in the electrical department are a disgrace and the service non existent. The manager should be sacked they have no idea how to run a business. Certainly wont be going back .
