Wanted to purchase a number of the Endura Cook cooling towels to give as gifts to my motorcycle riding friends for the summer. Unfortunately, the Woodhaven location was sold out, but they had 32 at Southgate. Due to my health issues, it is difficult for me to get out and about, so they were kind enough to have someone actually go to Southgate to get them and bring them back to the Woodhaven store. Great customer service! Kudos!

FYI: Do not trust Lowe's (Woodhaven) with your time, money and home. I purchased a new washer and paid for delivery and hook up. Lowe's gave me a four-hour window to sit and wait for it but they were a no call/no show. Once finally delivered on another day, they failed to hook it up correctly leaving a slow leak and my condo (along with my neighbor's condo) with a much water damage!
Just bought all of our appliances for our new house at the Woodhaven michigan location. Salesman Charlie was top notch and answer all our questions. Thanks again
