I have never experienced such horrible customer service! Ordered and paid for carpet on 2/4. Lowes contractors measured incorrectly and my carpet couldn't be installed. After being treated very rudely by the manager Ryan, they informed me it would be 10 days for the new carpet to come in. 37 days later, still no carpet! Every time I call to inquire of where my carpet is I get a different answer and no one seems to know what is going on.
Went in just a little bit ago to buy a freezer. Mine quit today and I'm in serious need. About 20 minutes passed before I could get anyone to help. Then I was told the freezer I wanted was out of stock and the person just walked away. After 5 minutes, I left and went and bought a freezer from Home Depot. The whole transaction to deliver to my vehicle took less than 20 minutes. Get your act together or you'll loose a loyal family of customers.

Big SHOUT OUT to this store! I accidentally left my wallet there yesterday afternoon. I didn't realize I was missing it until last night and looked frantically for it everywhere. In my head I kept thinking 'if I left it at the store I'm sure I'll never see it again!' Have had a horrible experience ordering pergo floors through this store. They entered in our order wrong, told us 10-14 days for install, now almost a month later we went to PICK UP the product which is the wrong product and still have no install scheduled. Do not go through Lowe's for floors.
