Like all the other reviewers, worst customer service, more importantly Russell, store manager. Bought a dishwasher back in November, something went wrong, had water all over my kitchen and down into the basement. Received a new one, happened again. Insurance company notified & sent out to see damage, no issues on our side. Lowe’s sent out another contractor to check out dishwasher and his solution was to put a towel down! WTF? Last night I went to Lowes to buy replacement christmas light bulbs and fuses. I did not appreciate having to crawl around on my hands & knees to access the display. What moron thinks it's a good idea to stock merchandise on the floor making it hard to find and access?
This 5* review is for a specific employee. Complete kitchen & bathroom remodel happening for our family. We have loved working with Karen J. on our cabinet layout, the ordering of cabinets and ordering of our quartz countertops. She is super knowledgeable, very professional, patient, dependable and a delight to work with. Lowes, you've got a great employee in her...I hope she is compensated well for all she brings to your sales field.
Some of the worst customer service I've had to deal with. That's if you can find someone to help you. Got a quote for a door installation, picked out a door, and paid for it all. 20 mins later get a call the door I bought was already sold. After being hung up on three time, the fourth time talked to the manager on duty. Instead of the manager handling it got told the guy working in doors was on lunch and would call back. Never called back.
Fallon did an amazing job helping me with my tool box after being on the phone with kobalt and Lowe for 2-1/2 hour I went to the store and she did an amazing job she understood my situation and she got me an upgraded tool box and gave me a discount on the box she definitely deserves a raise or a management position thank you so much Fallon �
Can't rate the customer service because nobody came to talk to us, even though an associate walked by 3 or 4 times and then stopped to ask the lady on the other side of the aisle from us if she needed help. I guess the fact that we were opening and closing doors and drawers on refrigerators wasn't indication enough that we wanted to buy a refrigerator! Props to Sears for taking good care of us!
If I could give this store a -10 I would. What happened to customer service? SALESPEOPLE have NO people skills.
