RecommendedToday I went to the Woodhaven Lowe’s looking for a piece of carpet to replace due to my washer leaking. Joshua in the carpet department helped me and was outstanding! He answered all my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even cut my carpet down to a special size! His customer service was amazing and I wanted to let the store know how helpful and wonderful my experience was! He is definitely an outstanding employee! Thanks Joshua!
their customer service is just missing the point. Their service part seems to be optional at times. I think its time to go to the orange box. Unfortunately Lowes is closer to the house.
the cashiers are nice but the people working in the paint department never came when called over the PA system leaving me to do the guess work on the type of paint I needed. Everyone in the store was pretty much walking pass not asking if I needed any help. One guy did give me a nice smile and a hello unfortunately it was before I needed any help. it just sucked in there today just like it sucks in any home department store. they are never in their departments and they never asked you if you need any help.
Went today and bought a new refrigerator. Chris was extremely helpful from choosing which model to loading it. Great experience for our first visit to the Woodhaven store.
We went to Lowe’s to purchase a Lawn Mower last week, & Scott from lawn & garden did an amazing Job helping us, he was very polite and answered all our questions, definitely will be back to see him! Thanks Scott!
Went to buy a lawnmower blade for my lawnmower today and ask a associate name Scott if they had any the size I needed and he said noooooo Just yelled it out loud so everybody could hear it in the store his excuse was he was on the phone but I know what the phone looks like he was not on a phone so I talk to a manager don’t know if anything happened but I will never shop at Lowe’s in Woodhaven Michigan again very very rude people

Management here at this store is pathetic. To simplify, I bought a snowblower, got home and realized it was the wrong one, I informed the store, I waited 24 hours for a resolution which all I wanted was a truck to send me the one I ordered and they take this one back. But NO, i loaded it up and was on my way to the store when I finally got a call. lot of good that does me. He said just bring it back and we will exchange it. Yeah, I'll just toss it into the back of my car and bring it right over. lol. in anycase I returned it... read more
