We bought a dishwasher from here. The idiot service man they send over to install the washer was completely stupid. Had no idea what he was doing. Doesn't do any additional plumping to install the item correctly. He refused to do his job and took the item Back to the store. Well needless to say i got my full refund. The store manager offered no explanation. The guys they have installing or reparting items have the brain of a bag of rocks. Lowes lost money and business. I will Never shop here again.
I honestly don't know much about the store itself but I encountered 2 employees who went above and beyond to make my experience there phenomenal. Thank you again Danielle Marie in appliances and Krystal too!!
Just received my broken lamp that Woodhaven Lowes shipped to me.... I didnt know I could just use bubble wrap, tape, and slap a shipping label on it and send it on its way. Very disappointed.
I shopped in there today and was helped by Ralph and Jim in Electric area. They were extremely helpful I did not fill out the survey because I could not find the website so give them both a 10 I hope they get this message. They are the best!!
Just wanted to put in a good word for the employees at Lowes in Woodhaven. Charlie and his friends wanted to make a box fort. I went to the Lowes and asked if they had any boxes we could use. They not only looked for the best boxes and ran the options by the boys, seeking their input, they brought the boxes out to my car and helped me fold down seats/maneuver them into my car. They were so friendly and encouraging the whole time. The boys built an awesome fort and slept in it all night:)
Nice ppl n very helpful. Every employee are very helpful. And tell where the stuff you want theyll direct you where it is.
OMG its not only us that have had problems with Woodhaven Lowes. Keep it short and sweet I did make a complaint already but this happened yesterday. Our flooring was finally delivered. TO THE GARAGE! My husband questioned this since the flooring needs to get to room temp. Guy said yes it does I was told to deliver to garage. So my husband calls Lowes. They said they would call back right away with answer, husband made several calls, finally they call say someone will be out tomorrow,, would call with time last night. NO CALL... read more
