I've got a 13 week old puppy who loves to go with my husband and I while we shop, well we live in muscatine and there isnt a dog friendly hardware store in town :( so we drive all the way to Lowe's ( about 40-45miles) just so we can bring out furbaby! They are always so helpful when we come in and they even know my husband by name!!
Have shopped at the Moline, Ill. Lowe's for years, and have spent quite a bit of money there. Just learned there is nobody in the entire Quad-Cites area (Moline, East Moline and Rock Island, Ill., and Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa) who is an authorized Samsung repairman. I have a Samsung refrigerator, washer and dryer, and nobody to repair them. How will Lowe's honor the remaining warranty on the washer and dryer? Purchased a floor model Whirlpool water heater in Davenport, Iowa and installed it April 3rd. Well, had it all ready to fire up and a trouble shooting alert came up stating "FV Sensor Fault". Turns out someone took the sensor. Initially got the story about having to contact Whirlpool. Long and short of it! Cameron simply removed a sensor from a stocked water heater and we were on our way. THANK YOU CAMERON FOR BEING A HEADS UP MANAGER AND GIVING US HOT WATER FOR TUESDAY!!!!!

Ok, I have shopped at Lowe's for years, really don't know what is happening at this store but service is non-existent. Went to get tile for bathroom 18x18 approx. 200 sf. We tried to find someone to help us for 30 minutes, even asked GM. No help, nada, nothing, time for a management change will be shopping at Menards and Home Depot from now on. Want to know why your numbers are down,your service is dismal at best.
3pm today Was in the store pricing cabinets to remodel my kitchen, bathroom, and do my whole main floor. Spent a half hour in kitchen cabinet area listening to the two employees bitching about not getting a lunch break. Not once did they ask if I needed assistance or even appear as if They noticed me. I spent 5 minutes at Menards before the person approached and figured my dimensions and gave me a price. Not a cheap loss of business!
