On 4/12 my husband bought the dryer to go with our washer. It still has not delivered. The first delivery date was 4/18. We waited the full 2 hour window and when that had lapsed they called to say they were canceling our delivery. We rescheduled to 4/22. The delivery window came and passed and no dryer, no phone call, nothing. Here we are 2 weeks later and no Dryer. Needless to say we want our money back and we will go to a competitor who will deliver on the things we buy.

Worst customer service. I bought a washer. Delivery driver that installed it didn’t have the correct hose connectors so he just left the 25 year old ones on. Tried to rectify with management to no avail. They didn’t care to help at all. Next time I’ll go to Home Depot.
Returned $5000 worth of flooring. Installers did not know what they were talking about. Claimed our floor was defective so couldn’t install the laminate we bought. Got another installer for a second opinion, he said no problem with the install. Lowe’s also lost the bathroom vanity we had scheduled for delivery. We ended up having to buy another, more expensive vanity. Never stepping in their again!
Even though I did not have a single person ask if I needed help the cashier was friendly and helpful, as was the person taking care of the return because it wasn't what I needed after all.
Even though I am a loyal Lowe's Home Improvement shopper, partially due to the fact that I worked for Lowe's for 5 years, I went to Home Depot to buy a fire pit because of one of their advertisements. We didn't because the associate there only knew how to stare at me and didn't know how to ask if I needed help. He then walked away. We bought a fridge awhile back (maybe a year or two ago? Just getting around to doing the review now), and part of what sealed our interest on the one we liked at Lowe's was the promise of the free haul away of the old one. On the day of delivery, the old one went in easily, but they refused to haul away the old one (well, the older guy refused; he was the one doing the taking.
