Lowe's clearly doesn't work with their customers in the least. I bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher there Nov 1, 2020. I was on military duty and wasn't able to install it for a week after it arrived at my house. that brings us to 3.5 weeks. I called Kitchen Aid first to see what I needed to do after I tried to use it and it doesn't work correctly. RecommendedI stopped at Lowes today looking at gas grills. I had not been there but maybe a couple minutes and a customer service rep walked up and asked if I needed any help. I'm pretty sure his name tag said Devan. Super nice young man and extremely helpful. Once I decided on one , he made sure someone was waiting outside to help me load it. If all your employees were like Devan, your parking lot wouldn't be big enough. Thanks Devan. And thank you Lowes for hiring people of this caliber.
I had a new Samsung refrigerator delivered on 6/23/2020.It never work from the first day.After I did all the work with samsung I got a store credit this weekend.Pucked out a new fridge got home with the receipt to find out that Lowes is charging me to take the faulty fridge out of hete $30.I am not happy.I lost food from that fridge.I never asked for a cent.Lowes never lost a cent.But they are maki g another $30 for picking up what they knew was a faulty brand !
Wanted to purchase a grill on Wednesday. Service was terrible, no one knew where they were. Half hour later we left. Trying again on Saturday. Girl was very helpful got our grill and while driving down the road we realized they gave us the wrong grill. Now we’ve returned it and I’m standing here (20 minutes) waiting for service to get the right grill down. NEVER AGAIN
Apparently Shannon in appliances doesn't deal with mexicans. We were told the only way to check if another store had fridge available was by physically driving to each store. We asked if she could check on the computer she said,"NO". Refused to help in any way! Then made us wait an hour to be able to load appliances in our truck. Apparently Lowe's has no management today because when requested to speak to one we were told we would hear back from one tomorrow at 2.
The store is well organized and cleaner than most Home Improvement stores. They have a wide variety of products. Almost all the associates and manager are friendly and helpful. The *only* bad thing about the store is that it is often hard to find an associate. But when you do they give freely of themselves to assist and guide you!
3 gallons of paint that were supposed to be the same and got 3 different shades. Lost my business.
