Don't have any contract work completed via Lowe's. Deadlines are missed, contractor's never come onsite, and they leave your premises inaccessible. Calling their store yields no follow-up, and managers do not pressure contractor's to complete signed work. Lowe's effectively stole my money 4 months ago, and I have nothing but an inaccessible deck to show for my money.
I am very upset with the service. They put the door to my new fridge on incorrectly and now it sparks due to severed wires. Because it is out of warranty they refuse to do anything even though it was their fault. Now my $2500 fridge may be ruined!
Unfortunately their green house has white flies, I would not recommend purchasing plants from this location. Stores selling infested plants makes a case for quarantining new plants, also make sure you save your reciept. I did not, so I'm out the money, but returned it anyway because I don't want the plant anywhere on my property.
I. Really. Like Lowe,s I usually find what I,M there for like their flower,s so yes yesterday went for lite fixture and had to have a outside plant I normally go to Menard,,,s but all the plants I got there died
This is the worst store when it comes to customer service. Needed help finding a product that was out and the lady on staff had no idea how. Got someone on lunch and was very upset he had to help me, they still could not figure out how to find of a product is out or not. I said I was leaving to go to Home Depot and he said good then I can go back to lunch . In the end I left and came to Home Depot. So upsetting. Ever shopping here again!
