Ordered new fridge April 13th. Got called for delivery April 27th. Delivery date May 5th. Never came. The delivery is apparently not only free, but also silent...and invisible. My payment, however, processed on April 15th. *Awesome* Please note every single 5 and 4 star review has no actual review, use your own judgement as to what that might mean.
I ordered flooring for my bathroom. I was told flooring on the next truck due in was already sold. They would call when the next truck come in with flooring not already spoken for. That was in February. Several phone calls to them later and still told same thing. It's April, so I finally feel I've waited long enough. I went in and canceled my order. This isn't the first time this has happened. I guess if you can't take the merchandise with you at the time of payment, don't order it. You'll never get it. Extremely dissatisfie... read more
Delivery nightmare! Was supposed to have a delivery on Dec 7th, it is the 18th and received a call that more order is there to pick up. I'm not going to pick up a refrigerator, especially when it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. When trying to figure out what is going on, I keep getting transferred and disconnected. And the customer service representative is quite rude. I could see them being short if I was yelling or rude, but I haven't been able to stay on the phone long enough to talk to someone who can help.
I would like to thank you to this store... They now have my undying loyalty!! Which my husbands buys a ton of stuff there... We bought a lawn mower...after a month it quit working.. Could not find the receipt..but I had called..at first they said it was longer than 30 days and would have to send it back to manufacture... Could take a while... Well it was summer and so we bought another.. Cle
Went there today to buy a cherry blossom tree and was never treated so rudely in my life. Couldn't get one person to help me and had to load the tree in my cart and also my vehicle. I am almost 60 years old and had alot of trouble doing this. Store employees just watched as I struggled. Lowes will never get my business again.
Bad press better get it resolved fast by making it right, accountability, you guys have high standards prove it...
