Trying to get employee help from this store is like trying to pull out your own teeth! No joke! Lowe's in Mishawaka YOU ARE WORTHLESS! This will be the last time. NOT EVEN A MANAGER WOULD SHOW UP WHEN CALLED FOR REPEATEDLY!!!!!
Lowe's people don't want to help u or u can't find anyone, not there Dept, etc. Same thing in Lowe's on Ireland Rd. When I bought stove there they forget to tell me I had to purchase electrical cord
I live directly between the Mishawaka and South Bend Lowes locations and I notice such a difference between the two locations. Mishawaka is far poorer in customer service. If you are lucky enough to find an associate they put their head down and walk the opposite direction. I most often try to go out of my way to South Bend Lowe's if I can, multiple people offer to help as I was the aisles and in a store like that it saves you alot of time.
Ordered a fridge that I was aware would take 2 weeks to get to the store (home depot had it at a week but I USED to prefer lowes) called tonight since it was supposed to be in....reached the store last night and was scheduled to be delivered friday morning. I recieved no notification or call to set this up, I told them I cant get off work in the morning and asked the next available time which would be another whole week! I will be picking it up myself and not spending another dime at lowes.
Paid for a flooring measure end of November, measure happened on December 6th, it is December 14th and I still know nothing. Can't get a call back or a straight answer. I guess it isn't a big deal to lose 10k of flooring to competitors.
Just spent 15 minutes for a board cut. No one arrives. Pushed the call button 3 times. Terrible customer service. Shop local.
