Order placed online October 9. Couldn't get delivery scheduled until October 16. Lowes left voicemail on October 15 to ask if I could take delivery a day early. I called every 20 minutes from 11:00am until 2:00pm NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. At 2:30pm someone finally answered the phone and told me it was now too late to come on the 15th but it would be delivered on the 16th. On the 16th they called to schedule it for delivery on Sunday the 20th. They can keep it and I will do NO more business with Lowes ever again.

Horrible customer service.
I stood in line for 20 minutes before I even reached the Customer Service desk. The poor girl at the counter only had 3 people in front of me but she was trying to manage the phones, returns, & pick ups. After finally making my way back with my exchange (for an item that was missing a part) I had to stand in line for another 15 minutes while she helped 1 person with a pick up. I have always been a fan of Lowes until I actually needed them to do a little work. I purchased a lawnmower and all they had to do was deliver it. I received a call the day before and was informed it would be delivered that morning. That morning I received a call at 9am and they said it would be there that morning. As I sat and wasted my whole day while I had other things I could have been doing had I known they wouldn't make the delivery until later in the afternoon especially since I called them a couple times and they kep... read more
